Connect Apple Health and I read your sleep and your signals quietly, then tell you what I see and what it tends to cost. • Know where you are. Your cycle, told in your numbers. And when your body begins the longer arc, I say the real words: perimenopause, menopause. As a read of your pattern, never a diagnosis. • Remember what you said. What you tell me lands in your file, in your words, and comes back when it matters. • Prepare you for the doctor's room. Anything clinical ends with a doctor, so I can prepare a summary worth handing over, built from your own record. • Knock when you asked. Reminders land at the minute you chose. "No reminder" is a choice I respect, not a setting I forget. WHAT I REFUSE TO DO No diagnosis. No doses. No scores pretending to be truth. No comparing you to an average woman who does not exist. I inform, I suggest, and anything clinical I refer to a real doctor, with your record ready. YOUR DATA No password, no login screen. Your record is yours: Apple Health data is read on your phone and stays there. Analytics are anonymous counts, never your body's numbers. No ads, no tracking, no selling. Leave whenever you want and take everything with you. Stree Sense is a companion, not a medical device. If something feels wrong, see a doctor. In an emergency, contact your local emergency service.
