Strategy & Solidarity is Subduction Consulting & El Porvenir Services' growing community of leaders, activists, artists, and practitioners! We come together to cultivate skills, develop strategies, foster collaboration, and build solidarity in our collective pursuit of racial justice. Through meaningful engagement and shared experiences, we empower each other to effect positive change in our daily work and beyond. Join us as we work towards realizing our vision of a more just & sustainable world. This is a space for our consultants, colleagues, workshop participants and community members to: —> develop strategies and tactics for advancing social justice in the workplace and beyond; share resources & referrals, provide mutual support, —> create opportunities for collaboration, —> sharpen our skills, —> support individual & collective healing from systems of oppression, —> celebrate our victories, mourn our losses, and get ready for the next fight. The Danger Room: live practice sessions and on demand resources for effective communication, precise strategy, and debriefing the wins and losses in our work for justice. The Affinity Lounge: a place of respite & refuge for the global majority. The Self-Care Sanctuary: meditation moments, nervous system regulation practice sessions, lunch time divination skill shares and more to help leaders avoid burnout, move from passion and with power, without sacrificing physical, emotional, mental or spiritual well being along the way, Private Virtual Workspaces: Dedicated discussion space, resource libraries & private discussion forums for participants in our public workshops & intensive professional development programs. Community Building & Mutual Support: Connect with other leaders & community members dedicated to intersectional social justice, workplace praxis, personal & professional development, to share best practices, troubleshoot challenges and laugh off the shenanigans.
