The Store Credit Merchant App is the companion tool for cafes, restaurants, retailers, and service-based businesses using the Store Credit App™ platform. Use this app to scan customer QR codes, issue store credit, redeem balances, and manage all store credit activity in one place. Easily pull up a customer’s account by scanning their QR code, then choose to either record a purchase (to award store credit) or redeem part or all of their existing balance toward their purchase. The app automatically logs every transaction, helping you stay on top of what you’ve issued, what’s been redeemed, and which customers have credit to spend. Key Features: - Instantly scan QR codes to find customer accounts - Issue or redeem store credit in seconds - View all transaction history - Track total credit issued, redeemed, and owed - Manage multiple businesses with one login - Enable staff access with individual accounts Important Access Information: This app is for approved businesses only. The general public cannot sign in. To use this app, merchants must: 1) Visit https://storecredit.app 2) Create a free user account 3) Add their business (subject to approval) 4) Once approved, sign in to access their business(es) Merchants can also create staff accounts via the website.
