This app helps you reduce unproductive and distracting phone use, such as scrolling, by rewarding time spent away from your phone. Idle time counting begins every new day with your first phone usage or automatically after 8 AM. Staying off your phone earns you karate belts from white to black. Any activity lasting less than one minute is not counted as phone usage and will not affect idle time counter or progress bar. Longer activities stop the idle time counter. This app does not consider phone calls as phone usage at all.
