HOW IT WORKS Flip cards from a shared, comingled deck into your own row. Match a rank already there and your row lights up, worth double when you bank it. Every extra match stacks the multiplier further — no busting, only bigger risk. Bank any time a row is lit and it's safe forever. Flip a card that matches an opponent's paired row instead, and you get a real choice: play it safe on your own row, or torch theirs — sending their whole row to the bonfire pile for anyone to grab next. Torching costs you nothing but your turn, and pays you nothing directly — it's pure denial, and real strategy. Flip the bonfire's key card and capture the entire pile at face value.
