The application receives information about the actions of insiders (directors or high-ranking employees of companies) who make transactions with shares of their own companies and report this to the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission, which in turn opens this data for public access. Stock Insider simplifies access to this data, allows you to view past transactions and set daily notifications about transactions that have occurred. The application does not provide access to trading on financial markets, but only serves as an information assistant.
