Cap the palette at the number of colors you want to work with, or limit the pattern to a ready-made selection: Essentials, Grayscale, Sepia, Nature, Sky and Sea, Blossom, Autumn, Pastels. You can also hand-pick the exact threads you already own. THE SIZE YOU WANT Choose your fabric count (Aida 14 and friends) and the finished width in centimeters. The stitch grid follows. Crop to the original photo shape, a square, a circle, or standard portrait and landscape ratios. JUST THE SUBJECT Drop the background with one tap and stitch only your subject, so the fabric shows through around it.
