The app of the prevention project "Stronger into Life" is developed in collaboration with the Center for Mindfulness. These are exercises that help children, adolescents and adults to gain more peace of mind, balance and resilience in everyday life. The app is intended for the age range of 4-99 years. The exercises are divided into three: mindfulness, empathy and relaxation. All exercises are based on a solid foundation of science. Stronger into Life (https://sterkariutilifid.is) is a prevention project run by the Höfðabakki Psychology Center. The project's website includes, among other things, numerous toolkits for parents. The goal is to have conversations and do exercises that strengthen the self-image of children and adolescents.
