Your step count, daily goal, streak and app blocking — the whole loop — stay free, with no ads. A subscription adds Coach, AI progress scans, Trends and Records, and outdoor walk recording with a route map. The yearly plan starts with a 7-day free trial - cancel any time before it ends and you are not charged. A weekly plan is also available and does not include a trial. Prices vary by region and are always shown in the app before you confirm. Payment is charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase. Subscriptions renew automatically unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period, and your account is charged for renewal within 24 hours of the end of that period.
