No willpower needed — just a system that makes the trade honest. HOW IT WORKS 1. Choose the apps you want blocked. 2. Walk. Steps are read from Health automatically and become minutes (100 steps = 1 minute, 5,000 steps = 50 minutes). 3. Spend what you earned. Pick how long you want, and your apps unlock. When the time is up, they lock again. There is no "start walk" button. Your commute, your errands, your walk to lunch — every step counts. Nothing to log, nothing to start. Block only what you choose Social media, video, games, whole categories, even websites. They stay blocked by default. Spend your minutes to use them for a while, and the block comes back when time runs out. Unlock in sessions Pick how many minutes you want. A Live Activity shows the time left on your Lock Screen, and the block returns when it ends. Widgets See your balance on the Home Screen and Lock Screen without opening the app. A cap that keeps it honest You can charge up to 50 minutes (5,000 steps) a day, and hold up to 350 minutes. Minutes expire 7 days after you earn them. No hoarding a week of scrolling. Emergency unlock, free Out of minutes? Once a day you can open your apps for 15 minutes. Write down why first, so you can look back on it later. Strict mode Locks the escape hatch: blocked apps can't be changed and data can't be deleted. Turning it off takes 24 hours. Characters Dress up the battery gauge with a dog, a cat, a fish and more — on your Home Screen, widgets and Lock Screen.
