SteadyMinute is an instant reset coach for tense, tired, or overstimulated moments. Open the app, choose what you need right now, and start a 2-5 minute guided routine. Use built-in routines for interview calm, meeting reset, presentation readiness, afternoon wake-up, neck release, sleep downshift, anger cooldown, and social ease. You can also define your own scene and start a short routine for that moment. Optional AI personalization lets you write one sentence about the current moment. Before sending anything to AI, SteadyMinute shows an in-app confirmation explaining what will be sent. After consent, SteadyMinute sends the selected mode or custom scene and your optional sentence to DeepSeek to generate a routine for that moment. You can choose a built-in routine instead of AI. If AI is unavailable, the app uses a built-in routine.
