StayOS Staff is the companion app for hotels running on StayOS — the hotel management platform built for independent Indian hotels. It puts daily hotel operations in your staff's pocket: room status, cleaning tasks, checklists and proof of work, all in one simple app. Built for housekeeping teams, floor supervisors and managers at hotels using StayOS. LIVE ROOM STATUS See every room on every floor at a glance — dirty, cleaning in progress, clean, inspected, re-clean needed or occupied. Checkout times appear right on the board so your team knows which rooms to prioritise. MY TASKS Each staff member sees only the tasks assigned to them, sorted by priority. Deep cleans after checkout, re-cleans after failed inspection, guest requests like extra towels — everything arrives as a clear task card with room number, priority and instructions. GUIDED CLEANING Start a cleaning session and the app guides the whole job: upload before photos, work through the hotel's cleaning checklist item by item, and finish with after photos. A live timer tracks cleaning time automatically — no paper registers, no guesswork. PHOTO PROOF & ACCOUNTABILITY Before/after photos and timestamps are saved with every cleaning session. Supervisors can inspect remotely, approve or send rooms back for re-clean, and every action is logged. DAILY WORK LOG Staff see exactly what they completed today — rooms cleaned, time taken, tasks closed. Managers get a clear picture of team performance without standing over anyone's shoulder.
