Store description excerpt

The app was developed by people affected by depression based on their own experiences and needs. The idea behind it is simple: a widget on your home screen constantly reminds you of a handful of nice little things that are coming up in the next few days. Today, it might be delicious homemade lasagna; tomorrow, the new episode of your favorite series; and the day after tomorrow, a hot bath when the kids are asleep. If you don't have anything, you'll be presented with happy moments from the past or a few items from your personal resource list. Resources are everyday things that are important to you. Your morning cappuccino, your best friend, a hobby, sports, music, or simply a goal you've achieved that you can be proud of. Slightly bigger moments can be defined as highlights and assigned an image, which is then also displayed in the widget. This creates a colorful mix of upcoming and past moments and everyday resources that bring joy and give strength. It can be difficult to get started, but every little thing that brings you joy is important. A special hand cream in the morning, the scent of your favorite perfume, a phone call with your best friend. And with an eye on the beautiful little things you will encounter in the coming days, the flashlight will illuminate more and more corners that may have been hidden by the darkness of your thoughts. StayHappy has no medical or therapeutic background and was born simply from an idea that helped the developer in everyday life and was eventually turned into an app.
