SSM Workforce records daily hours for staff placed at client sites, and manages their accommodation and time off. It works offline, so hours can be logged on sites with no signal. Access requires an account issued by the company administrator. There is no public sign-up. TIME TRACKING • Tap a day, enter the hours. Decimals allowed, night shifts marked separately. • Works with no signal: entries are stored on the device and sync by themselves once you are back online. • See the whole month for one person, or how much of the team is still unrecorded. • Close the month per project when the work is done, and request an unlock from management if something needs fixing. ACCOMMODATION • Who lives where, which beds are free, and moves between properties. • Staff housed at a client site are handled too, not only company buildings. • Flag someone who has left, so management can confirm it. TIME OFF • Request leave from the app; management approves, and the system applies it on the day. • Days on leave show up on the timesheet, so nobody is recorded as working while away. BUILT FOR THE FIELD • English and Romanian, switchable in the app. • Light and dark mode. • Optional Face ID lock. • No ads, no tracking, no third-party analytics.
