SRIKANDI (Integrated Dynamic Archives Information System) is a digital-based application developed by the Indonesian Government as an effort to modernize and digitize archive management within Central Agencies and Regional Governments. This application was developed with the main aim of integrating dynamic archival systems between Central Agencies and Regional Governments to create more efficient, transparent, safe and accountable archival management. Main Features and Functions: Dynamic Archive Management: SRIKANDI facilitates dynamic archive management used in daily administrative activities, which includes the creation of archives, use and maintenance of archives as well as archive depreciation. Integrated System: This application is used by Central Agencies and Regional Governments, making it possible to use archives efficiently between Central Agencies and Regional Governments. Security: SRIKANDI implements a multi-layered security system, including the use of digital signatures to maintain authentication and integrity of records and protect against unauthorized access. Digital Archive Storage: Archives entered into the SRIKANDI system are converted into digital format, which makes it easier to search, manage and maintain long-term, thereby reducing dependence on physical archives. Monitoring and Auditing: The application supports activity tracking and records management history, enabling monitoring of who accesses, modifies or archives documents, which is especially useful in the context of audits and regulatory compliance. Integration: SRIKANDI is part of the SPBE initiative implemented to accelerate the digitalization of government administration. Ease of Access: With this application, State Civil Apparatus can access the archives they need at any time and from anywhere, as long as they have the necessary permission.
