Squadle is the football academy in your pocket: the squad list, the matches and the athletes' daily wellness, kept in one place instead of four notebooks and a group chat. THE SQUAD Register players once — date of birth, positions, preferred foot, nationalities, photo — and the app works out their age category itself against the season's cut-off date. Squads by category, shirt numbers that cannot be given to two boys at once, and a warning when somebody is playing up or over age. MATCHES Schedule a game, pick the team on a real pitch, and score it as it happens: goals, who assisted, penalties and direct free kicks, substitutions with the rule that a player who comes off cannot go back on. The scoreline is counted from the goals themselves, so it can never disagree with the names under it. WELLNESS AND LOAD Each athlete files a one-minute morning check-in — sleep, fatigue, muscle soreness, stress, mood — and points at a body map when something hurts. Session effort (RPE) times minutes gives the training load. The app then does the arithmetic a sports scientist would want: readiness against each boy's own baseline, an injury record per body area, and a warning when this week's load is spiking past what his body has been prepared for. TRAINING Plan the week across several squads at once and see, before it lands on anyone's legs, which players a session would push into the overload zone. STAFF, AND WHO SEES WHAT Add staff and switch on exactly what each of them may do: matches, wellness, roster, training, staff. Hand a player a code and his account becomes his own corner of the app — his check-in, his history, the team's fixtures, and nothing else. Staff notes about a player are never visible to him. Portuguese and English, metric or imperial, and a full demo you can open without an account.
