You're standing in a prospect's lobby with a tape measure and a clipboard. Sqftly is the takeoff sheet that turns that walk into a defensible monthly bid, and a proposal you can hand over, before you're back in the parking lot. Take off each area room by room and watch a real price add up. No guessing, no napkin math, no bid you can't actually clean and still keep the spread. WALK THE BUILDING, TAKE IT OFF Pick the building type and load its usual zones, then type the measured square footage per area. Offices, restrooms, lobby, breakroom, floor care, warehouse: every zone is typed, and each carries its own cleaning difficulty, so a restroom prices like a restroom and a warehouse floor prices like a warehouse floor. THE BID FOOTING THAT SUMS AS YOU GO The boxed footing at the foot of every sheet re-sums live: total square footage, monthly crew hours, loaded labor cost, and the running monthly bid. Nudge the margin markup and the price moves with it. Drop below the profit floor you set in Shop and a magenta redline lights, so you never hand over a bid you'll regret at the first cleaning. PRODUCTION RATES BY BUILDING TYPE Office, medical, education, industrial, retail, hospitality: each building type carries its own production rate in minutes per 1,000 square feet, editable on your rate card. Loaded labor is wage plus burden, so the hours you quote are the hours you actually pay for. SEND THE PROPOSAL One tap builds a branded proposal PDF from the sheet: your company on the letterhead, the scope of work area by area, the service frequency, and three priced options (Core, Standard, Full Facility Care) so the prospect chooses a level instead of a yes or no. Hand it to the share sheet and it's on its way while you're still on site. ADD-ON PROGRAMS, PRICED RIGHT Floor care, day porter, restroom restocking, window care: attach each as a flat monthly rider and it lifts both the price and the margin. The proposal shows them as options. WALKTHROUGH TO AWARDED Move every bid down the pipeline: walkthrough, bid out, proposal sent, awarded. Duplicate a sheet to re-bid a building or price its sister site. When a building is won, log the actual crew hours and supplies and the margin ledger shows estimated versus actual, building by building. RENEWAL CLOCKS Every awarded contract carries a renewal or re-bid date. Countdown chips sit on the card, and nudges fire 90, 60 and 30 days ahead, so a re-bid never sneaks up on you.
