Spotter is the check-in list for a gym run by one person. Open it and today's people are already on screen, in the order the day happens. Tap a name as somebody walks in. That is the whole interaction, and everything else in the app is built around not interrupting it. IT LEARNS YOUR WEEK Check people in for a fortnight and Spotter works out who trains on which day and at what time. Next Monday, Monday's people are at the top, grouped by session, in the order the morning runs. Nobody is hidden — everybody else is one tap away — and you can pin somebody to a session directly if you would rather say than have it guessed. WAIVERS THAT ARE ACTUALLY ON FILE Sign on the phone, with a finger. Spotter keeps the signature, the date, and the exact wording that was agreed — versioned, so changing your terms never rewrites what somebody already signed. Example wording is included to start from. Have your own checked by a lawyer. MONEY, WITHOUT A LEDGER Session blocks, monthly memberships and drop-ins. Sessions remaining under every name, a coloured dot when somebody is getting low, and who owes what without opening anything. YOUR RECORDS ARE YOURS No account. No subscription. No server — Spotter has no networking code at all. Everything lives on your iPhone and syncs through your own iCloud, and nobody else can reach it, including us. Export the lot whenever you like: one zip with people, attendance, payments, sessions, measurements, notes and the signed waivers, as plain spreadsheets that open anywhere. Import from a spreadsheet too, if you are coming from one. Bought once. That is the whole price.
