Everyone adds, everyone sees it — no more screenshots buried in a group chat. MAKE LISTS TOGETHER Invite friends to any list and build it as a group. New spots show up for everyone, with who added what. Keep a list private, share it with friends only, or publish it to the SPOT community. SEE WHO'S OUT Turn on sharing while you're using the app and friends can see you're nearby — good for an impromptu coffee or grabbing a table for four. It's off by default, only visible to friends you've accepted, and only while the app is open. Never sold, never used for ads. LIVE NYC HEALTH GRADES Every NYC restaurant shows its current Department of Health letter grade, pulled from the city's public inspection data. Add a new place and SPOT looks up its grade automatically — you'll see it before you decide, not after. BOOK THE TABLE Places that take reservations have a Reserve button that opens straight into Resy or OpenTable on that restaurant's page. BROWSE WHEN YOU NEED IDEAS Forty-plus categories of curated NYC spots — chicken parm, dive bars, omakase, fine dining, gay bars, bookstores, bagels. Real places, chosen by someone who actually eats there. SPOT is NYC-first and free while we build the network.
