Store description excerpt

SportiX One Day X builds today's tennis practice for you and times you through it. There is no programme to pick and no plan to invent: set your level, how long you have, which days you train and what you can train with, and a session is waiting every time you open the app. WHAT YOU GET • Sixty drills across twelve areas — serve, forehand, backhand, volley, return of serve, footwork, movement, fitness, mobility, mental, match play and recovery, five drills in each • Every drill written out properly — the setup, numbered steps, coaching points, the mistakes people actually make, duration, intensity, rest and target reps • A session built daily — warm-up, technique, load and cool-down in the right order, weighted so no part of your game gets quietly ignored • Only what you can do — pick from twelve kit options, from a full court and a ball machine down to a wall and a skipping rope, and the generator will never hand you a drill you cannot run • Injury filters — flag a shoulder, elbow, wrist, back, hip, knee or ankle and the drills that would aggravate it drop out of the plan • Five levels — beginner, improver, intermediate, advanced and competitive, and the drill pool grows with you • Guided runner — the clock runs each drill and the rest between them, and the session lands in your log the moment you finish • Eight control tests — serves in the box, first serve percentage, crosscourt targets on both wings, volleys landed, a four-by-ten court shuttle, a wall rally streak and a standing broad jump, each with its own protocol and your best mark kept • Progress — streaks, minutes on court, a balance index that shows which corners of your game you keep skipping, a load ratio that flags when you have ramped up too fast, per-category radar and a year grid • Ten badges — for the first practice closed, a week unbroken, thirty sessions, a thousand minutes, touching all twelve categories, beating your own test marks and keeping your load in range • Player card — your level, your settings, a photo if you want one, and the running totals behind everything above Everything is bundled, so it works on a court with no signal. No account, no subscription, no coaching upsell. General training guidance for healthy players. If something hurts, stop and see a professional.
