Set your preferred default — Present, Absent or Late — so the register starts exactly how you work. Attendance auto-saves on every tap so you never lose your marks. Multiple Sessions Per Day Run multiple sessions in the same day and track each one independently — Training, Team Meeting, Study Hall, Video Session, Match Day, Strength & Conditioning and more. Each session has its own register and report. WhatsApp Parent Notifications When an athlete is marked Absent or Late the app generates a personalised WhatsApp message ready to send to the parent or guardian. Choose Individual mode to send a personal message to each parent, or Group Chat mode to post a single message listing all absent or late athletes in your WhatsApp group. Message templates are fully customisable. Parent Self-Registration Share a registration link with parents via WhatsApp. Parents tap the link, fill in their child's name and contact number, and submit. Registrations appear in your Roster tab for one-tap approval — no manual data entry needed. Cloud Sync for Coaching Staff Share a Team Code with assistant coaches. All devices with the same code stay in sync in real time — roster changes, attendance marks and settings update instantly across the whole coaching team. Works offline and syncs automatically when internet returns. Multiple Teams Manage several squads from one app. Each team has its own independent roster, sessions, attendance records, settings and colour scheme. Switch between teams instantly by tapping the team logo. Built-in Reports Track attendance across your entire team with detailed reports. View sessions by type, per-athlete breakdowns showing present, late and absent counts, and a team overview with overall attendance rate. Filter by date range to focus on any period. Customise for Your Team Set your school or team name, upload your logo, choose your sport from a wide selection and pick a colour scheme that matches your team colours.
