SpoolCut Pipe Takeoff is a local-first fabrication calculator for pipefitters, spool shops, mechanical contractors, estimators, and field crews. Create a pipe spool, choose its diameter, schedule, material, stock length, and working unit. Enter each segment’s center-to-center or face dimension, start and end fittings, weld gap allowance, and quantity. SpoolCut applies fitting takeouts and presents the resulting fabrication cut with every deduction visible. The Cut List keeps field verification beside each piece. Stock Plan packs repeated cuts into standard bars, exposes remnants, and reports material yield. The final report rolls up pipe, pieces, stock bars, validity checks, and verified dimensions for sharing with the shop. No account, subscription, in-app purchase, advertising, analytics, tracking, cloud sync, or developer-operated backend.
