善寧會於2018年4月1日起獲得創新及科技局創科生活基金的資助，研發一套整合的醫療系統包括網站、流動應用程式及軟件，提升紓緩 及寧養服務的質素。 傳統的做法是基於專業醫護人員的評估，並依賴照顧者的主觀報告。這個新系統容許病人及照顧者於探訪以外的時間自我檢測並上傳數據。病人亦可以在不影響照顧者的情緒下，分享並舒解他們的壓力。 香港人口老化促使寧養及舒緩治療的需求增加，新系統能協助在提升香港寧養及舒緩治療的服務。透過整合使用者的意見，對系統進行更新，讓其可以作為其他非牟利機構的醫療照顧系統的藍本，促進本地晚期照顧的發展。
