Say the thought out loud Practice moving from an idea in your head to words you can say. Choose what matters, organize your point, and express it out loud, building a habit you can use anywhere. 3. Review what came through Listen back with a transcript plus highlights for fillers, pace, and pauses. You can replay the moments that mattered and see exactly what your delivery sounded like and where it slowed, sped up, or got stuck. 4. Focus on one useful improvement SpeakGym does not grade you or give vague scores. Each take highlights one concrete thing to work on, such as reducing fillers, improving pacing, strengthening structure, or making pauses more intentional. 5. Try a clearer second take Repeat the same prompt and apply what you noticed. Aim for sharper wording, a clearer structure, steadier delivery, or a cleaner ending, then compare how it changes. 6.
