Your Spark Grill still works. The app that came with it doesn't. Sparkk Grill is an independent replacement, built from the ground up to bring those probes back to life. Connect, and you get what you had before: both meat probes and the grill itself, live on your phone. LIVE TEMPERATURES Watch all three channels at once — two meat probes and the grill. Big, readable numbers you can check from across the yard, and a running graph of the whole cook so you can see exactly how the fire is behaving. The card changes colour as you go. Warm while it's climbing, gold when it settles on target, deep red when it runs past. You can read it at a glance without putting your drink down. ALARMS THAT ACTUALLY REACH YOU Set a target on any probe and get told the moment it's hit. Alerts are sent as time-sensitive notifications, so they cut through Focus and Do Not Disturb — the phone can stay in your pocket while you're at the grill. Sparkk Grill keeps listening in the background, so a long brisket doesn't need you staring at the screen for twelve hours. SET THE GRILL TEMPERATURE Tell the grill what to hold and it holds it. Sparkk Grill sends the setpoint straight to the controller and confirms the grill accepted it, rather than just hoping it landed. DONENESS GUIDE Built-in targets for beef, pork, poultry, lamb, seafood and low-and-slow barbecue. USDA safe minimum temperatures are marked clearly and kept separate from the pull temperatures cooks actually use — and anything below a safe minimum is flagged as such, so you always know which one you're looking at.
