Sou Motorista is the operational app for drivers and coordinators partnered with transportation and transfer companies. It connects those who issue ride requests with those who execute them, all in real time and directly from their cell phones. Made for the daily life of those on the road, the app organizes the entire journey of a ride, from the moment it enters the network until the service is completed. FOR THE DRIVER • See the rides available on the network and accept the ones you want to accept. • Track your daily service requests on a simple and straightforward dashboard. • Receive complete details of each ride: passenger, meeting point, time, origin, and destination. • Start the service, track it on the map, and end the ride with just a few taps. • Register occurrences such as No-Show (passenger did not show up) with evidence. • Check the agreed-upon price for each service. FOR THE COORDINATOR • Release ride requests to your network of drivers and track who has accepted them. • View, in real time, what's on the network, assigned, being served, and completed on the day. • Manage your team of drivers and the progress of each ride. • Monitor the operation from anywhere, without needing to be in the office. REAL-TIME TRACKING During the service, the app shares the driver's location so that the coordinator and the call center can monitor the ongoing ride. Tracking is activated only when the service begins and ends when the ride is completed. SIMPLE AND FAST Interface designed to be used with the app open alongside your browser (Waze, Google Maps).
