Free starter templates are included, while Pro provides access to professional templates for higher-risk activities and specialist work. Templates provide structured hazards, scenarios, causes, outcomes and proposed controls while leaving the actual risk ratings to you, so each assessment can be adapted to real workplace conditions. REVISION CONTROL Risk assessments evolve over time. Create new revisions while preserving older revisions as read-only historical records. Review previous revisions, understand what changed, and export historical revision reports when needed for audits, reviews or documentation. ACTION MANAGEMENT Planned controls can be tracked as actions with responsible person(s), target dates, completion status and verification. The app clearly separates: • Current Risk • Target Residual Risk • Verified Residual Risk This helps distinguish expected risk reduction from the actual verified condition after controls are completed. PROFESSIONAL REPORTING Generate structured PDF risk assessment reports containing assessment details, hazards, scenarios, PEAR risk ratings, actions, matrix information, revision history, photos and sign-off information.
