You choose how sensitive the “ready for rest” threshold is, so the experience can match your evening rhythm. Sleep Music Pick a track to play while you settle in. Compatible songs can gradually shift into slower tempo layers as your count grows, supporting a quieter mood over time. Support the app with an optional in-app tip to unlock three extra sleep tracks. Night Companions See a shared “night companions” board—others winding down around the same time—and send a light-hearted hug. It’s a soft sense of company at night, without chat noise or social pressure. 10-Day Sleep Journal Look back on recent nights as a gentle star map—not cold charts.
