Choose what you are preparing for, follow a short sequence, and save the result to your private Audio Passport. GUIDED AUDIO CHECKUPS Use a clear step-by-step flow for an everyday audio check, after-splash listening check, call setup, recording setup, or headphone setup. Every checkup keeps its purpose and current audio route visible, then asks for your own observation instead of presenting an invented repair score. AUDIO PASSPORT Save completed checkups on your device with the date, route snapshot, observations, and an optional note. Revisit the timeline when your setup changes, delete individual entries, or clear the entire history whenever you choose. QUIET WINDOW Sample 12 seconds of ambient microphone levels before a call or recording. SonaTrace reports whether that short window was relatively steady, mixed, or changing. No audio recording is saved, and the result is not a calibrated sound-level measurement. AUDIO LAB Open focused tools when you need them: • Bounded four-band speaker reference • Transient five-second microphone capture and local playback • Speaker Care with timed low-frequency sweep-and-pulse routines • Tone Bench with precise frequency control • Live estimated sound-level and frequency view • Left/right stereo reference • Lantern, visual SOS, and custom Morse on supported iPhones PRIVATE BY DEFAULT Audio Passport entries stay in the app on your device. Reference sounds are generated locally. The Mic / playback sample lives only in memory and is discarded when its screen closes. SonaTrace has no cloud profile, advertising tracker, or third-party analytics SDK. Microphone access is requested only inside a tool that needs it. SonaTrace is a reference and observation tool. It does not repair hardware, guarantee liquid or debris removal, provide a calibrated sound-pressure measurement, or replace professional service.
