SoloSite keeps job-site time and field records organized for independent contractors, handymen, and owner-operated service businesses. Save a custom job site by address or current GPS, choose its fence size, and arm location monitoring. With Always and Precise Location enabled, SoloSite can use iOS geofence events to create a timecard when you arrive and close it when you leave. Manual Clock In and Clock Out controls remain available when needed. Know when the clock is running. A successful clock-in creates a visible in-app confirmation, an optional arrival notification, and a Lock Screen or Dynamic Island elapsed-time activity on supported iPhones. Keep each job organized with: - Custom job sites and saved geofences - Automatic and manual timecards - Arrival and departure reminders - Client and job contact details - Work, tool, material, and mileage records - Job-site photos from the camera or photo library - Rates, discounts, tax fields, and internal notes - Shareable invoice PDFs Choose the service level that fits your work: - Core: job sites, geofencing, manual clock controls, and timecards - Crew: everything in Core plus tools, materials, mileage, and basic reporting - Premium: everything in Crew plus invoice PDFs, sharing, totals, and tax-preparation organization SoloSite stores profiles and job records in its private container on your device.
