Before adding exercises or a tutor, SOCLE helps you pinpoint exactly where your child is struggling, skill by skill. What SOCLE does - Guided oral assessments (the child explains in their own words) - Skills-based analysis, not grades - Clear and concise reports, designed for parents - Decision support: knowing what to focus on first Multiple uses depending on the time of year - During the school year: targeted assessments by topic (e.g., unit conversion, perimeter, number reading…) - As exams approach (CEPE, BEPC): comprehensive assessment to identify areas of risk - At the start of the school year: review of previous grade levels to identify areas for improvement What SOCLE does not do - No lessons - No automatic review sessions - No guarantee of success - No ranking or comparison between students SOCLE does not replace school or a tutor.
