Record defects on site, photograph them, mark them up, and hand over a PDF that people can actually read. Snagpad is built for the walk round a building, not for a desk. WORKS WITH NO SIGNAL Sites do not have reception. Everything happens on the device: recording, photographs, annotation and the report itself. Nothing waits for a server. AS MANY PHOTOGRAPHS AS IT TAKES Wide shot, close-up, detail. There is no cap of one photo per defect, and no cap of two. DRAW ON THE PHOTOGRAPH Circle the crack. The mark is kept separately from the image, so it stays editable, and it appears on the report. THE RETURN VISIT, IN ONE TAP Walk the open defects one by one. Mark each one fixed, with or without a photograph, and add a note about what was done. Both end up in the report. A REPORT SMALL ENOUGH TO EMAIL Photographs are resized for print rather than dumped in at full resolution, so a fifty-defect report still fits through a mail server. Choose standard or compact. TWO DOCUMENTS A defect list for the trades: what is wrong and where. A completion report for the client: before and after, side by side, with what was done. YOUR OWN iCLOUD No account, no sign-up, no server of ours. Your projects sync through your own iCloud if you want them to, and stay on the device if you do not. IN YOUR LANGUAGE, AND YOUR CLIENT'S English, French and Spanish. The report language is set per project, so you can work in one language and hand over in another.
