Store description excerpt
A craving hits. Instead of white-knuckling it, you open Snackbane and pick your enemy — the exact snack you want right now. Then you fight it for three minutes. HOW A BATTLE WORKS The screen turns deep blue. A breathing ring paces you: in for four, hold for four, out for six. Every completed cycle drains the enemy's health. Press and hold the monster to suppress it further. Three minutes is the whole fight — long enough for the urge to crest and fall, short enough to do standing on a train. LOSING IS THE POINT Most habit apps treat a slip as a broken streak and a scolding. Snackbane treats it as intelligence. Report a loss honestly and the defeat drops loot: rare items, field notes, a badge for telling the truth. Nothing in this app calls you weak. There is no shame mechanic, because shame is why people stop opening the app that was supposed to help. KNOW WHAT ACTUALLY BEATS YOU After the fight — never during it — you tap one reason. Not even hungry. Stressed. Bored. Autopilot. It was just there. Over time your record shows which of those actually wins, and which hour of the day you should be watching. ONE COIN A DAY Report anything — a battle, or something good you did instead — and the day pays a coin. Seven days of reporting pays three more. A hundred coins buys a real meal, sent to you. No coins for sale, no loot boxes, no randomised payouts. Just the days you showed up. YOUR NEMESIS The monster you meet most becomes your nemesis, and it waits for you on the launch screen. When your hundred coins arrive, that chapter closes and you choose the next one from the three that have really been getting you. SOMEONE ELSE IS SHOWING UP TOO You are paired with one other person. You can see whether they reported today and how long their streak is — never what they reported. Twelve stamps are the only thing either of you can send. No chat, no free text. A DEX OF TWENTY ENEMIES Chip Fiend. Pint Reaper. Burger Brute. The Craving King. Twenty hand-drawn monsters built from the snacks that actually get people, each rated by how much firepower it brings. Beat one and it joins your dex. Some show up gilded — a two percent chance that turns an ordinary craving into a trophy. NO ACCOUNT, NO ADS No sign-up. No email. No name. No ad networks, no trackers. You can erase everything from Settings in two taps. A NOTE ON WHAT THIS IS Snackbane is a game, not a medical product. It does not diagnose or treat anything, and it is not a substitute for professional care. If food is causing you real distress, please talk to someone qualified.
