FREE, AND ACTUALLY USEFUL Logging, your Recovery Score, what is left today, the craving tools and your milestones are free for as long as you use the app. Awareness mode simply watches and counts, with no target at all — useful from the first day, before there is enough of your own data to be clever with. CRAVING SOS A breathing field you can follow with the phone face down, paced to your own breath and answered in haptics. The wave is the point, not the timer. Locking the screen never ends a session, and a craving is never interrupted to sell you something. Nothing is scored on your tags, and nothing is required. WHEN YOU DECIDE TO COMMIT A commitment opens the structure: an adaptive taper drawn from your own baseline rather than a number picked for you, the phases and pattern windows behind it, your full history, and Ember inside a craving. Choose a fixed term — 14, 30, 60 or 90 days — and it ends on a date and does not renew. The annual is the only product that renews, and Lifetime is a single payment. No free trials, no countdown timers, no discount ladders. PRIVATE BY CONSTRUCTION No account. No sign-up. Nothing collected. Your record lives on your iPhone, and the only copy that ever leaves is one you export yourself, or an iCloud sync you switch on into your own private database. No analytics, no third-party SDKs, no profile of you anywhere. BUILT FOR iOS Widgets, Lock Screen and Control Center controls, Live Activities, Shortcuts and Siri. SUBSCRIPTION TERMS The Annual commitment is an auto-renewable subscription with a subscription period of one year. Payment is charged to your Apple Account at confirmation of purchase. It renews automatically each year at the same price unless auto-renewal is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period, and you can manage or cancel it at any time
