During a conference, meeting, or event, exhibitors can use smithbucklin LR to quickly scan barcodes, add notes, and select the relevant qualifiers for all leads. The app continuously syncs to secure, remote servers to ensure that the leads – and all information pertaining to them – are permanently recorded (requires stable network connection). After an initial login, the app can be used entirely offline. (If used offline, you will be able to add notes and select qualifiers, but the lead's name will not appear in the app until you are back online) License purchase is required in order to use the app. Only functional at SmithBucklin-contracted events. What sets us apart: - Login information is stored internally on the app, allowing exhibitors to work offline during the show. - Leads are stored to remote servers during automatic sync cycles. - Leads are updated with up-to-date event information during automatic sync cycles. - Bi-directional sync occurs automatically when network is available. - Leads report can be generated – and sent to multiple email accounts – directly from the app. - Notes can be added – and qualifiers can be selected – for each lead. - No bulky hardware is needed – you can use a mobile device’s camera to scan badges. - Code 128, Code 39, and Code 93 barcodes are supported. - Quick ("skip-able") walk-through instructs users on how to configure app settings. - Leads captured in the app can be quickly reviewed, edited, and searched. - Ability to force all leads to server, outside of automatic sync process. - Set-up unlimited qualifiers through the SmithBucklin event website.
