But it's impossible to keep track of everything. SmileLadder is an attention management system for managers and teams. It helps you identify key areas, spot deviations early, and understand where leadership engagement is needed. The system is based on markers: attention points. A marker can be a goal, project, KPI, client, risk, task, idea, or other important area of work. Managers assign attention points to employees, and employees can create their own. The status of each marker is conveyed by one of three statuses: 🟢 On schedule 🟡 Risk present 🔴 Help needed Simply select a status and, if necessary, add a short comment. This way, changes are transformed into clear signals, and managers can see where attention is needed without separate reports and constant clarifications. Markers connect different levels of work—from overall company priorities to specific employees. This way, important information isn't lost in the flow, and deviations are identified earlier. Less information noise. More time for real action.
