The solution is divided into two parts: Orders are created, managed and scheduled centrally in the portal. The field staff on site complete the orders assigned to them on the tablet (or smartphone) and report the recorded data back to the internal sales team once the work has been completed. The use of HPC Cloud reduces the administrative effort in the office and enables paperless working. The laborious manual transfer of manually recorded data into the computer and thus problems with illegible handwriting and possible transmission errors are no longer necessary.
