The app allows you to record the clinical conversation after obtaining consent, obtain a transcript, and prepare a structured orthopedic report. The physician always maintains control: each section can be reviewed and edited before signing and sending. Main functions: • Secure access with credentials and device biometrics; • Patient search and management; • View previous visits as a context for follow-up visits; • Acquisition and tracking of informed consent; • Audio recording with pause and resume; • Visit transcription with orthopedic terminology; • Generation of a report broken down into reason and medical history, risk factors, physical examination, instrumental tests, diagnosis, and indications; • Selection of sections to include and physical examination templates; • Complete review and editing of generated content; • PDF creation, physician signature, and delivery to authorized addresses; • Summary of visits and available minutes; • Interface in Italian and English. SmartVisit is a clinical documentation support tool intended for healthcare professionals.
