This is the basic remote control function of a remote desktop product. The service does not read screen content, collect or share personal data, and does not operate outside of a session you initiate. Screen capture is done with a separate MediaProjection API, which has its own system confirmation window. You enable the service yourself through the system settings and can disable it at any time.
