Smart HRMS is an internal employee management application designed exclusively for organisational use. The app helps companies manage employee attendance, check-in/check-out, and work activity tracking efficiently and securely. 🔐 Access & Login Smart HRMS does not support public registration Only authorised organisation employees can log in using credentials provided by their employer 📍 Location-Based Attendance Smart HRMS uses location access to support accurate and transparent workforce management: Location is captured when an employee checks in to confirm presence at an approved work location For field or on-ground employees (such as sales staff), the app collects location updates in the background at defined time intervals to calculate distance travelled (KM) during work hours Location updates occur only when an employee is checked in Location tracking stops immediately once the employee checks out 🏢 Office Premises Validation For selected employees, check-in is allowed only within the office premises If the employee is outside the permitted location, check-in is restricted 🔔 Transparency & Control A persistent notification is always displayed while location tracking is active The app does not track location when the user is off duty Location data is used strictly for organisational attendance, distance calculation, and compliance purposes 🛡️ Privacy & Security Smart HRMS collects only the data necessary for work-related functionality Data access is restricted to the organisation and handled securely No personal data is shared with third parties Note: Smart HRMS is intended for enterprise/internal use only and is not designed for public or consumer use.
