Store description excerpt
The Smart Gate mobile app allows residents and tenants to manage vehicle access to gated areas. It works as part of the Smart Gate intelligent access control system, using license plate recognition and 911 vehicle images for unattended access. Available features: 1. Guest Access Invite couriers, taxi drivers, and friends with a single tap. No need to enter your license plate number each time—the app remembers previously invited guests. 2. Remote Control Open the barrier or gate from the app using a virtual button. 3. Vehicle Security — "Anti-Theft" Activate security mode: while this mode is active, exiting through the barrier or gate is impossible. 4. Access History with Photos The "History" section stores all entries and exits of vehicles linked to your account. 5. Important Notifications The app informs you of key events: attempted exits under security, guest entry, vehicle blacklisting, as well as messages from the management company regarding outstanding debts, upcoming maintenance, or changes to access conditions. 6. Contacting the Management Company Contact information for the management company and administrator is available in the app. Important announcements are sent as push notifications. 7. Contacting Technical Support The app includes a link to the technical support bot and ready-made answers to frequently asked questions. The app only works as part of the Smart Gate access control system; accounts are confirmed by the site administrator.
