Smart Connect Hub is a complete management platform for domiciliary and home care providers. It is used exclusively by registered care organisations — accounts are provided by your care provider, and the app is not available for public or individual sign-up. It gives care workers and coordinators everything they need to deliver safe, compliant care. For care workers: - GPS-verified clock in/out for visits - View care plans, risk assessments and medication (eMAR) at the point of care - Record care notes, tasks, observations and incidents in real time - Lone-worker safety with check-ins and escalation - Secure Face ID / fingerprint sign-in For coordinators and managers: - Live visit monitoring and rota scheduling - Electronic medication administration (eMAR) and controlled drugs - Digital care plans, risk assessments and outcomes - Incident and safeguarding management - CQC inspection readiness and reporting - Payroll, mileage and invoicing Smart Connect Hub is used by registered care organisations.
