Smaklig can adapt recipes and weekly menus to your food preferences, registered allergies, nutrition goals, and training focus. Choose a goal such as weight loss, weight maintenance, or muscle gain. SWEDISH GROCERY STORES AND THIS WEEK'S DEALS Choose from ICA, Coop, Willys, Hemköp, City Gross, Lidl, and Costco. Smaklig retrieves current deals from your selected stores and uses them as input when recipes and weekly menus are created. You can also open the deals view, filter offers, and add relevant items to your shopping list. RECIPES, WEEKLY PLAN, AND SHOPPING LIST • Get AI-generated recipes with ingredients, steps, and estimated nutrition values • Save recipes and place them on the days you choose • Create a categorized shopping list from the week's recipes • Check off items and follow how much remains • See deal markers for ingredients at your selected stores FOOD LOG AND SMAKBLICK Log meals and follow the day's energy, protein, and other macros. You can scan a barcode, search for a food, or use Smakblick: photograph a meal and get an AI-based nutrition estimate before choosing to log it. GOALS, ACTIVITY, AND PROGRESS Smaklig brings nutrition goals, food log, and progress into the same context. Follow weight trends and let your activity contribute to a more relevant daily budget where the feature is supported. DRINK PAIRINGS In Swedish language mode, users aged 20 or over can ask for a drink that suits a recipe. Suggestions may include wine, beer, cider, sparkling wine, and alcohol-free options. SWEDISH AND ENGLISH Switch language in the app. The interface and the sous-chef's subsequent replies follow your choice.
