Store description excerpt

Every till slip you keep ends up in the same place: a bag, a drawer, a shoebox. Then the thermal paper fades, and by the time anyone asks for it there is nothing left to read. Slipsort scans a slip in about a second. It reads the merchant, the date, the total and the VAT, and files it. At month-end you hand over one clean PDF instead of a bag of fading paper. What it does Scan with the camera, or bring in an image or a PDF you already have. Reads the details for you, and never quietly commits a number it is unsure of. Anything doubtful is flagged for you to confirm, with the reason it was flagged. Files slips into accounts, so business and personal stay apart. Builds a pack for any period: a cover page with totals, VAT and category breakdown, then every slip behind it. Checks each slip against South African tax invoice requirements, so you know what your accountant can actually claim. Works offline. Slips are saved on the phone and upload when there is signal. Free Thirty slips read a month, one account, packs for the current month, and ninety days of searchable history. Sorted Every month exportable all the way back, as many accounts as your money has homes, CSV alongside every pack, no watermark, and your whole archive searchable. Your slips are yours. Every image can be downloaded from inside the app, on every plan, with no conditions. Terms of use: https://www.slipsort.co.za/terms Privacy policy: https://www.slipsort.co.za/privacy
