●Entering sleep and medication: On the main screen, enter the daily sleep time and sleep states such as nap and deep sleep. First, use the Add button to add an input field for the time and sleep state. Touch the "State" input field to display a screen for selecting the state. There are items for sleep states such as "Sleep" and "Insomnia" (went to bed but couldn't sleep) and "Medicine" to indicate if medication was taken at this time, so please select them. The pattern (hatch, etc.) and color to be displayed in the table will be displayed to the right of the selected state name, according to the pre-registered item settings. There are input fields for the start and end times of each item such as awake time and sleep time, but if you enter the start time of sleep and leave the end time blank, then use the Add button to add a new input field and enter the wake-up item and its start time, and that time will be automatically processed as the end time of sleep.
