Keep your computer working while you step away. Sleep Switch lets you check its status and manage keep-awake sessions from your phone or tablet. Requires the Sleep Switch desktop app for macOS, with both devices signed into the same Apple Account and iCloud enabled. Your computer must be awake, online, and running Sleep Switch to receive requests. CHECK YOUR COMPUTER See connection status, battery and charging state, temperature, fan status, and estimated power use. Check active coding sessions and review the energy and activity history saved by the desktop app. MANAGE AWAKE SESSIONS Start or stop a manual session and adjust the available keep-awake settings. The controls shown depend on the Sleep Switch version running on your computer. The direct-download desktop version also provides actions such as display sleep, lock, restart, and shut down. Actions that interrupt work ask for confirmation. PRIVATE BY DEFAULT Status and requests sync through your private iCloud database. There is no separate account to create. Buy the companion once, with no subscription. GET CONNECTED 1. Install and open Sleep Switch on your computer. 2. Use the same Apple Account with iCloud enabled on both devices. 3. Keep your computer awake and online, then open the companion. The companion can control an awake computer. It cannot wake a computer that is fully asleep.
