Om te kijken of de blessure behandeld moet worden of dat deze door rust zelf verdwijnd, is het verstandig een (sport)fysiotherapeut (snel) naar de blessure te laten kijken. Het behandelen van een blessure is belangrijk voor de genezing. Daarom kun je je opgelopen blessure snel via onze app melden. Een sportfysiotherapeut van SKS Fysiotherapie neemt na je melding direct contact op om je blessure door te nemen en te bekijken of er behandeling nodig is. Voor zeer ernstige blessures ga je natuurlijk naar de huisarts of de eerste hulp in een ziekenhuis.
