SiteProof Field Reports is a local-first inspection and closeout tool for property handovers, construction walkthroughs, maintenance checks and punch lists. Organize project details, site issues, photos, assignees, due dates and closeout status in one clear workflow, then create a professional report before leaving the site. INSPECTION DASHBOARD • Review active projects, open issues, critical items and completed work • Tap any metric to filter the relevant projects • Keep current and archived projects separate ISSUES AND CLOSEOUT • Record details, area, category, assignee and due date • Set severity and move work from open to in progress, resolved and verified • Search issues and filter open or closed work SITE PHOTOS • Choose multiple images with the system photo picker or take a new photo • Draw annotations and add captions • Optionally retain capture time and coordinates for new photos REPORTS AND HANDOFF • Add company details, a logo, inspector name and signature • Create PDF reports with a cover, metrics, issues, photos, timestamps, locations and page numbers • Export CSV or share reports through the iOS share sheet LOCAL DATA AND PRIVACY • No account required • No advertising or analytics SDK and no cross-app tracking • Projects, photos and signatures stay on the device and are not uploaded to a developer server • Export and restore complete local backups • Optional App Lock uses system authentication The free version includes 2 projects and up to 10 issues per project. A one-time SiteProof Pro Lifetime purchase removes both limits with no subscription. PDF and CSV reports, photo markup, signatures, branding and local backups remain available within the free limits. SiteProof assists with recordkeeping and report preparation. It does not replace professional engineering, safety, legal or compliance judgment.
