SitePic is a job-site camera for contractors, inspectors and field technicians. Work offline: photos, notes, jobs and PDF reports stay on your phone. Addresses and map details fill in when you reconnect. Every photo is saved with the time, GPS coordinates, street address and a map pin embedded in the image, filed under the job it documents. When the work is finished, those photos become a branded PDF report you can send to the client. EMBEDDED IN EVERY PHOTO • Date and time to the second, with the time zone • GPS coordinates to five decimal places • The reverse-geocoded street address • Compass heading and altitude, in feet or meters • Temperature, conditions, wind and rainfall at the moment you shot • A map thumbnail with a pin • Who took it and on which device, if you want them shown • Up to three fields you define: unit number, grid reference, trade, or a photo number that increments automatically Switch off any line you do not need. ORGANIZED BY JOB SITE • One project per job, with client name and site address • Return to a site you have photographed before and SitePic offers to switch to it • Search one job by note, tag, address, weather or custom field value, or search every job at once from the home screen • Tag photos from a per-job palette or enter your own: before, after, defect, punch, complete • Archive completed jobs instead of deleting them SEQUENCE, PAIRS AND DAY SHEETS • Sequence takes a wide, a medium and a close-up as one set, one tap each. A set stays a set in the gallery and gets its own page in the report • Pair any two photos as before and after, and the report prints them together with the interval between them • Day sheets are built from the photos themselves: the weather, who was shooting, the addresses, your tags and every note you wrote that day. There is nothing to fill in, and any day can be exported as its own PDF CLIENT-READY PDF REPORTS • Cover page with your logo, company name and contact line, the job name, the report date, the photo count and the dates the work covers • A coverage map showing where each numbered photo was taken • Numbered photo entries, two per page, each carrying its stamp data, its custom fields and your note • Include the whole job or select individual photos • Delivered through the share sheet: email, Messages, Drive, Dropbox, Files ANNOTATION Mark the defect directly on the photo. Arrows and boxes are free on every photo; Pro adds freehand lines and text labels. Four colors, three stroke weights. Annotations remain editable, so a mark can be moved or removed later without recapturing the photo. STAMPED VIDEO Record a walkthrough and SitePic embeds the same GPS and time stamp into the footage, with sound. YOUR DATA STAYS ON YOUR DEVICE No account, ads, analytics or third-party trackers.
