HOW IT WORKS • Choose 1, 15, or 25 minutes (45 and 90 after watching an ad once) • Tap Sit — the countdown keeps going if you switch apps • You get a notification when the sit (or break) ends • After a sit, a short ad may appear, then a 5-minute break (1-minute sit → 1-minute break) • Ads never show while the timer is running PRIVACY Timer stats stay on this device.
